Due to the lack of attendance at the LA Screenings, the Hollywood major announced the date of a virtual international screening to present its 2021-2022 news.

As expected, after the absence of events such as LA Screenings due to Covid-19, ViacomCBS International Studios (VIS) announced the date of its virtual screening for Wednesday, June 2 under the title VIS Global Screening.

The international television industry will be able to see first-hand the latest content developments, both at the level of series and movies, as well as formats, among others, for this new 2021-2022 season.

Thus, the major in Hollywood joins the already announced screening of NBCUniversal, which will hold its virtual event – called UpFront 2021 – on Monday, May 17.

This will be the second year in which the traditional LA Screenings, which for two weeks brings together the presentations from Hollywood studios under a pre-announced date calendar, will be held virtually.

Confirmation of screenings from Sony Pictures Television, Warner Bros. and Lionsgate are awaited.

The Walt Disney Company has not yet confirmed whether or not it will screen, as a result of its change in strategy with Disney+.
