The event’s organization announced the 23 projects selected for its In Development platform, featuring two titles from Spain: Calima by Meridional Producciones and Jugoplastika (Drama) and La Mesa by La Terrible (Creative Talent).

Miptv announced the 23 projects selected for In Development, the gateway to international financing and strategic partnerships.

Launched in 2018, In Development responds to the rapid growth in demand for exclusive original programming and for identifying projects at the development stage. It gives Miptv attendees access to the event’s unrivalled community of international decision-makers across all genres.

It provides an international platform for producers looking to finance their international projects and for executives involved in pre-sales, co-financing, co-production and programming to discover these shows and establish development and production partnerships.

Divided into three sections -The Drama Series Pitch, The Creative Talent Pitch and The Kids Series Pitch- the selection this year features two projects from Spain: Selected in The Drama Series Pitch is Calima, produced by Meridional Producciones and Jugoplastika; while The Creative Talent Pitch includes Spanish title La Mesa by La Terrible in its selection.
