The telenovela’s season finale averaged over 2 million total viewers, making Univision the leading Hispanic network in the US during its broadcast.

On Monday, October 30th, Univision aired the final episode of the telenovela Tierra de Esperanza, landing as a big hit among viewers.

The finale averaged 2.2 million Total Viewers 2+, 670,000 Adults 18-49 and 227,000 Adults 18-34, and delivered more Total Viewers 2+ (+49%), Adults 18-49 (+33%) and Adults 18-34 (+27%) than its premiere telecast.

The episode also made Univision the No. 1 Spanish-language network in the 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. time frame with triple-digit audience advantages over Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+ (+239% advantage), Adults 18-49 (+309% advantage) and Adults 18-34 (+383% advantage).

Tierra de Esperanza ranked among the top 10 programs on all of television among Total Viewers 2+ (No. 9). The telenovela was also the number one program on all of television, regardless of language during primetime with U.S. Hispanics among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

In its full run, Tierra de Esperanza averaged 1.6 million Total Viewers 2+, 542,000 Adults 18-49 and 208,000 Adults 18-34.
