The Walt Disney Company announced a new structure and local leaders in Brazil.

The executives will work alongside Hernán Estrada, General Manager for The Walt Disney Company Brazil, and work together in managing the company’s operations in the country.

The new structure:

José Franco, Head of Theatrical Distribution, responsible for cinematographic distribution.

Giselle Ghinsberg, Head of Ad Sales, responsible for offering partners opportunities across all brands and platforms within the company’s integrated portfolio.

Cristiano Lima, Head of Content Strategy and Programming, General Entertainment, responsible for the content and programming strategy for the three linear brands (Fox, FX and Fox Life), the two Premium channels (Fox Premium 1 and 2) and entertainment platforms in Brazil.

Carlos Maluf, Head of Sports, responsible for managing ESPN’s business in the country.

Juliana Oliveira, Head of Digital Strategy and Operations, who leads the business and digital strategy, coordinating the local execution of the digital strategies defined for each of the business lines in partnership with local teams.

Ricardo Rubini, Head of Content Sales, responsible for selling content to broadcast, basic and Premium TV channels in the Southern Cone of Latin America and Puerto Rico.

There is still an open position, Head of Affiliate Sales.
