Karina Etchison was appointed as Sr. Director for EMEA and Asia; Claudia Silva was promoted to Sr. Director Content Licensing for the Americas; and Mariano Filippini, promoted to VP, Global Content Licensing Operations and Strategy.

TelevisaUnivision-today announced new strategic appointments to the International Content Licensing team to further strengthen and consolidate the company’s position as the leading Spanish-language global distributor.

Karina Etchison, appointed as Sr. Director for EMEA and Asia. In this role, Etchison will lead Televisa’s content licensing and VIX originals for Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa for all platforms.

Claudia Silva, promoted to Sr. Director Content Licensing for the Americas. In this role, Silva will oversee content licensing efforts, both for Televisa content and VIX Originals for all platforms across the region.

Mariano Filippini, promoted to VP, Global Content Licensing Operations and Strategy. In this role, Filippini will oversee all content licensing operations and sales support functions to optimize and improve revenue results.
