60 Indian microdramas have been licensed across three Southeast Asian platforms.
One Life Studios (OLS), a leading independent Indian media company operating across content production, acquisition, distribution and syndication, today announced a series of new licensing agreements across Southeast Asia, including the sale of 60 Indian microdrama titles to three regional streaming platforms.
The deals were negotiated by Shashank Singh, Lead – Syndication & Content Alliances, and Rohit Krishna, Senior Manager – Syndication & Content Alliances.
In addition, One Life Studios is introducing two new premium historical fantasy drama series to the international market and is currently seeking co-production partners. Titles tbc. Both series are created, written and directed by multi-award-winning filmmaker Siddharth Kumar Tewary, Founder and CEO of One Life Studios.
The newly announced licensing agreements include:
Chandragupta Maurya – licensed to CBS in Cambodia and ANTV and Vidio OTT in Indonesia.
Baal Krishna – licensed to JKN Global Media in Thailand.
Devi – licensed to Channel K in Myanmar and MyTV in Cambodia.
Porus – licensed to JKN Global Media in Vietnam and additionally acquired by Today TV in Vietnam.
One Life Studios has also licensed 60 titles from its library of more than 500 Indian microdramas to three Southeast Asian digital platforms, including Vibe Entertainment & Interactive Films LLC.
These agreements build on the company’s recently announced international sales, including Dhruv Tara to Today TV in Vietnam, and Porus and Chandragupta Maurya to Atinka TV in Ghana.
