Netflix announced the fourth season of its hit Spanish series will premiere on April 3rd.

This Sunday at the Brazil Comic Con, Netflix revealed the fourth season of Money Heist will premiere worldwide on April 3rd.

The announcement confirmed the new season won’t premiere in January as rumor had it.

The new episodes will pick up where the third season left off, with the heist still underway and the group about to be caught.

The cast will once again feature Álvaro Morte (the professor), Úrsula Corberó (Tokio), Pedro Alonso (Berlín), Alba Flores (Nairobi), Itziar Ituño (Lisboa), Miguel Herrán (Rio), Esther Acebo (Estocolmo), Jaime Lorente (Denver), Darko Peric (Helsinki), Luka Peros (Marsella), Hovic Keuchkerian (Bogotá) and Rodrigo de la Serna (Palermo).

Najwa Nimri (Ispector Sierra), Fernando Cayo (Coronel Tamayo), Juan Fernández (Coronel Prieto), Fernando Soto (Ángel) and Mario de la Rosa (Suárez) will play police officers.

The main cast is completed by Pep Munné (Gobernador), Enrique Arce (Arturo Román), Kiti Manver (Mariví) and José Manuel Poga (Gandía).

Created by Álex Pina and produced by Vancouver Media for Netflix, the fourth season’s team of directors features Jesús Colmenar, Javier Quintas, Koldo Serra and Álex Rodrigo.

The script was created by Javier Gómez Santander (script coordinator) along with Luis Moya, Juan Salvador López, Ana Boyero, Emilio Díez, Alberto Úcar, David Barrocal and Esther Martínez Lobato.

Migue Amodeo and Abdón Alcañiz were once again director of photography and art director respectively, while Cristina López Ferraz returns to be at the head of the production.
