Following recent announcement with Telefónica Media Networks to manage the sales of Movistar Latin American series in the region, EO Media continues to boost its Distribution Division Catalogue, signing a new deal to manage the Latin America broadcast sales of Impacto Cine including a quality catalogue over 60 titles, after their theatrical release.

The catalogue is led by most recent Oscar Academy Award Best Picture Parasite, from writer, director and producer Bong Joon-ho, and recent Sundance Film Festival Special Jury Award Shirley, starring Elisabeth Moss (The Handmaid’s Tale, Mad Men, Invisible Man), Michael Stuhlbarg (The Shape of Water, Dr. Strange, A Serious Man) and Logan Lerman (Hunters, Fury, Noah, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Percy Jackson).

Within its stellar titles, the new pack includes family movies such as the new remakes of classic international successes Lassie and Heidi.

New Warner Bros (Germany), Lassie come home, is the 2020 remake to the classic movie of the same title, Starring Elizabeth Taylor (1943) and based on the beloved dog created by Eric Knight, with over 40 books, 12 movies and the successful Emmy Award winner TV show Lassie. The new Heidi, based on the classic of literature with over 25 adaptations for cinema and TV, counts between its cast with Bruno Ganz, a budget of 9MM and a box office of 38MM worldwide.

The catalogue has a balanced variety of well selected Dramas with top cast and directors, comedies, horror and an interesting selection of documentaries such as The Kleptocrats, based on the incredible scandal of corruption and money laundering behind the production of the movie The Wolf of Wall Street, that ended up with producers in prison and even took down the prime minister of Malaysia, affecting celebrities Leonardo Di Caprio, Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese.

The distribution deal between EO Media and Impacto Cine comprises all broadcast rights, including VOD, Cable & Free TV windows in the territory.
