The South Korean giant will offer Korean K-pop dramas, movies, and shows in the US through the “CJ ENM Picks” channel, within the NBCUniversal streaming platform.

Following the announcement of its agreement with TelevisaUnivision, CJ ENM continues to expand its footprint in the OTT universe, announcing a new agreement with Peacock, NBCUniversal’s streaming platform.

The South Korean giant will offer K-pop dramas, movies, and shows in the US through the “CJ ENM Picks” channel on the platform.

CJ ENM’s collaboration with Peacock is the Korean company’s second partnership with a US media company, following K-Content by CJ ENM, the company’s recently launched channel on Pluto TV, Paramount Global’s AVOD, in December 2021.

“We are excited to launch the CJ ENM Picks branded area in Peacock as it means more viewers in the US will have access to our world-class content,” said Seo Jang-ho, Senior Vice President of CJ ENM Content Business.

“As the demand for K-content increases, we look forward to bringing a mountain of entertainment that will captivate our audiences around the world and expand our international presence through strategic partnerships with leading platforms.”

Some of the titles coming to the platform include M Countdown, Kingdom: Legendary War (2021), Youn’s Kitchen (2017), I Need Romance 2012 (2012), Reply 1994 (2013), Cheese in the Trap (2016), Finding Mr. Destiny (2010) and Sunny (2011) among others.
