The executive spoke with ttvnews at LA Screenings about Leylifer, the co-production announced this Wednesday with Caracol TV, which joins the two developed with Telemundo, Icran and Blue Cage.
Inter Medya continues at a steady pace with its commitment to the co-production of Turkish dramas, adding partners in Latin America and the US Hispanic.
Present at LA Screenings Independents, the Turkish producer and distributor announced this Wednesday a new co-production alliance with Caracol Televisión, presenting the telenovela Leylifer, produced by Alim Yapim, to the international market.
“We are super happy to be at LA Screenings and to announce a new co-production with Caracol. The project is going to be called Leylifer, it is already in production,” Beatriz Cea Okan, VP and Head of Sales and Acquisitions at Inter Medya, told ttvnews.
“In this way, we have added a third co-production since we have a multi-year agreement with Telemundo for Turkish content and we presented The Blue Cage in Miami, which is almost finished with production, and previously we did Icran,” the executive recalled.
Hicran, the first co-production of this agreement, is already broadcast every day from Monday to Friday in Turkey and achieves very successful results. The Blue Cage, meanwhile, is already in production.
“We are thus super happy to have a new partner for Inter Medya”, she concluded.
