Former NBCUniversal executive Jose Leon will lead strategy for the Latin American market, including servicing existing clients as well as managing new business initiatives.
Leading entertainment, culture and lifestyle marketing agency, Allied Global Marketing, today announced it has hired Jose Leon as Managing Director of Latin America to further increase the company’s business operations in the Latin America region, effective immediately.
Based in Miami, Leon will lead strategy for the Latin American market, including servicing existing clients as well as managing new business initiatives. Leon will report to Chief Global Strategist Adam Cunningham.

A seasoned leader, Leon joins Allied with a proven track record of end-to-end ownership and delivery of consumer-facing digital products. Before joining Allied, Leon served as Director of Digital Product Strategy & VOD/TVE at NBCUniversal International Networks where he led the digital transformation initiative for the non-linear distribution business and programmatic digital ad sales. Prior to that, he held positions at E! Entertainment where he launched TVE Services for all brands within the NBCU portfolio across LatAm for web, iOS and Android; as well as at Discovery Communications which was bestowed with the Best Cable Network – Social TV Award during his tenure.
