The 6-episode series, produced by Versus in collaboration with Different Entertainment, will premiere on September 13.
Prime Video presented the official trailer for the new original series En fin and has announced special collaborations from singer and presenter Chenoa and comedian Jorge Cadaval.
All episodes of the new Spanish comedy created by David Sainz (Grasa, Malviviendo) and Enrique Lojo (El último show) will be available exclusively on September 13.
En fin will feature the special collaboration of actress Leonor Watling, the multifaceted singer Chenoa, the member of Los Morancos Jorge Cadaval, the content creators and comedians Juan Amodeo and María Valero, the Galician footballer Borja Iglesias, the actors Antonio Dechent (Hombre muerte no sabe vivir), Ken Appledorn (Arde Madrid), Ramón Langa (Los fantasmas de Goya), Diego Villalba (Grasa), the sports television collaborator Cristóbal Soria, and the creators of the web series Qué vida más triste, Borja Pérez and Rubén Ontiveros, among others.
The series stars José Manuel Poga (Money Heist, The Boy), Malena Alterio (Shame, Here There’s No One Who Lives), Raúl Cimas (Little Faith, Muchachada Nui), and Irene Pérez (Buster) alongside a large ensemble cast completed by Luisa Gavasa (The Bride, The Ministry of Time), Dani Mantero (Grasa, Malviviendo), the content creator and comedian Cristian de la tierra, Pepa Rus (Aída, La que se avecina), Javier Botet (Two Years and One Day, It), Adrián Pino (The Neighbor), Victor Rebull (The Queen of the South) and Numa Paredes (The Left-Handed Son), among others.
On the day the apocalypse was supposed to arrive, Tomás (José Manuel Poga) wakes up hungover in the middle of an orgy in a furniture store. Months ago, when the news of the end of the world came, he abandoned Julia (Malena Alterio), his wife, and Noa (Irene Pérez), his daughter, without looking back. But when the errant planet that was going to crash into Earth passes by and the world keeps spinning, Tomás understands the magnitude of his mistake. Now, he will try to recover his past life and obtain the forgiveness of his family, seeking to rebuild after the non-apocalypse a world that will never be the same again. Meanwhile, a Julia who has always lived with the handbrake on sees this as a second chance, throwing herself into doing all those things she didn’t dare to do before. Noa, for her part, wonders why the adults have insisted on destroying the world on their own, without the need for any giant planet to crash into Earth.
En fin is a series of six 30-minute episodes, produced by Versus in collaboration with Different Entertainment, with Rafael Portela (Apagón, La línea invisible), Teresa Segura (Malviviendo, Grasa) and Alejandro Miranda (Boi, Pídeme lo que quieres) as executive producers.
