Not only does it provide a poignant marker for a key date in history, but it also gives a clear and unbiased look at the unfathomable events of 7th October as they unfolded and the horrific treatment that was inflicted on young festivalgoers that day.

“To that end, this new relationship with Directv Latin America, along with access to its huge and growing regional audience, is of vital importance to us. We are honoured that this film is the first acquisition for our new partnership, and, of course, we hope it is only the first of many deals we can do together in the future.”

Jennifer Moscat Calderon, director of content acquisition and OnDirectv at Vrio Corp. (parent company of Directv Latin America, DGO and SKY Brasil) says: “We are very proud to bring to Latin America through the Directv screen such valuable content as #NOVA, to remember the tragic events of last 7 October and the hundreds of victims of the massacre. This moving documentary will be part of the varied proposal of the highest quality content that we offer to our audience in the region, reaching more than 40 million viewers.”
