El gallo de oro is a drama series in Mexico during the 1940s when the country was still recovering from the aftermath of the revolution and the poverty and social changes it brought. The show’s first season premiered on October 20 and quickly became the most popular drama series on ViX Premium during the last quarter of 2023.
In the second season, La Caponera (Lucero) and Dionisio (José Ron) try to enjoy their new romance, but Lorenzo (Plutarco Haza) doesn’t stop until he finds them. The couple bets their lives on Bernarda’s luck and achieves unimaginable success.
