Bodas S.A., is produced by Alazraki Entertainment, written by Erik Zuckermann, and directed by José A. Terán. The series premieres on ViX on February 13.

ViX, TelevisaUnivision’s streaming platform, is adding a new original comedy to its slate with the launch of Bodas S.A., a series that delivers an irreverent and sharp take on love, marriage, and contemporary relationships. The production will debut exclusively on the platform on February 13, with all episodes available at launch.

Starring Consuelo Duval and Giselle Kuri, the series dives into the glamorous—and chaotically absurd—world of luxury weddings in Mexico, blending biting humor, irony, and heart to explore the contradictions of romance, commitment, and the business of “happily ever after.”

Bodas S.A. is produced by Alazraki Entertainment, written by Erik Zuckermann, and directed by José A. Terán, who also serves as executive producer alongside Gaz Alazraki and Moisés Chiver.

The story follows Estefanía “Fannie” Curiel (Kuri), a young woman deeply skeptical of love who is forced to join her family’s prestigious wedding planning company, run by her mother Silvia (Duval), an extreme perfectionist who has built an empire around marriage despite not believing in it herself. After losing her mother’s financial support, Fannie must confront both a world she despises and a complex mother-daughter relationship defined by control, expectations, and unresolved conflict.

Through extravagant ceremonies, impossible clients, and mounting family tensions, the protagonist embarks on a journey of self-discovery that challenges her ideas about love, success, and her own identity. The series also explores family dynamics and the possibility of second chances through a contemporary and entertaining lens.

The cast also includes Danaé Reynaud, Ruy Senderos, Rubén Zamora, Antonio de la Vega, Paul Stanley, David Angulo, Michael Ronda, Roberto Ríos, and Christian Chávez.

With this premiere, ViX reinforces its commitment to original comedy and to content designed to connect with both young and adult audiences across the Spanish-speaking market.
