ViX today announced the start of production of five new ViX original titles in Spain, Colombia and Mexico, including one feature film, a documentary and three series:
MOVIE
Bodas (Comedy): After wandering aimlessly between various jobs and failed careers, Fannie, a chaotic and dysfunctional young woman to whom the concept of marriage and eternal love are absurd, is forced to live her worst nightmare: to enter the family business under the strict direction of Silvia Curiel, her mother, the most prestigious wedding planner in Mexico. DOCUMENTARY
The Thin Green Line (Working title, documentary): It chronicles the battle for justice that followed the murders of two Mexican teenagers in the middle of the U.S.-Mexico border. Both events, one in Nogales and the other in Juarez, exposed the U.S. Border Patrol’s culture of cover-up and revealed the extent to which this federal agency abuses its power. Memorias de un sinvergüenza (Drama/Romance): Francisco Valiente, the charming and incredibly handsome Don Juan of San Vicente, has died.
