Azteca Now will offer free access throughout Latin America to TV Azteca’s historical and premium content.
TV Azteca announced on Tuesday the launch, in partnership with Icaro Media Group, of the premium mobile app Azteca Now for smartphones, media players and tablets, available in iOS and Android stores around the world.
As detailed, the OTT service will be available throughout Latin America and Canada, reaching an audience of more than 100 million viewers.
The new app will provide access to the original content by TV Azteca, including well-known telenovelas, Mexican cinema, the main drama series and ADN40 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Some titles included in its release are Destino, Los rey, Hombre had to be, Demencia, Drenaje profundo, Lucho en familia, El gavilán pollero, La amargura de mi raza and La hija del ministro, , among others.
