Telemundo announced the premiere of El Sultán, the drama distributed by Global Agency, for next Monday, December 2 at 8:00 p.m.
Originally premiered as Magnificent Century by Star TV in Turkey in 2011, the drama is produced by Tims Productions and stars Halit Ergenç, Meryem Uzerli and Nur Fettaoğlu.
It is based on the life and rise to power of Suleiman the Magnificent, the sultan with the longest reign in history, and his harem.
The series has been sold in more than 70 territories around the world, reaching almost every corner of Latin America.
