Through their production company, 300 Pistolas, Morte and Blanca Clemente will produce fiction series in English for SPT.
Álvaro Morte, star of Money Heist, and Sony Pictures Television announced a multi-year production agreement through the Spanish actor’s production company, 300 Pistolas, founded with Blanca Clemente.
The deal sees Monte’s production company producing fictional content in English exclusively for SPT, with the actor and Clemente serving as producers.
Morte and Clemente will have access to the SPT development teams. SPT will act as the exclusive production and distribution partner for any projects produced under the agreement, SPT confirmed on Wednesday.

Álvaro’s profile has grown exponentially in recent years by starring in global hits such as Money Heist and The Wheel of Time,” said Brendan Fitzgerald, VPS International Co-Productions at Sony Pictures Television.
Fitzgerald added: “He has gained worldwide recognition as an actor primarily in Spanish-language productions. This agreement will establish you as a producer of programs in English. We are excited that he sees Sony Pictures as the perfect partner for the next leg of his journey.”
