The Sales Manager for LatAm and the US at Kanal D International spoke with ttvnews at Content Americas about the catalog they are presenting in Miami and their new productions for 2024.

One of the stars of the Kanal D International catalog in the past Mipcom and Mipcancun, Daylight now traveled to Miami to conquer new screens in the international market.
“We returned with Daylight which we also presented in Mipcancun and it did extremely well,” Sibel Levendoğlu, Sales Manager for LatAm and the US at Kanal D International, told ttvnews in the latest edition of Content Americas.
Daylight is a teen drama in which two young people fall in love while caring for their siblings with Asperger’s syndrome. It is a sincere youth drama about love and personal growth that reminds us to embrace happiness without delay.
“It is a unique series because it shows a different way of telling a story,” said the executive.
In addition, the Turkish group is presenting its successful dramas Farewell Letter and That Girl, which return to the market in search of new screens.
“We will have more news soon because this week we will start a new series. The tentative title is Pearls, but we cannot reveal more details yet,” the executive said.
“We also have Betrayals, the remake of a Netflix series called Till Death, which is a format that is being produced right now. For LA Screenings we will have more to present to everyone,” she added.
“And also, we will have two titles that we have more planned for the middle of this year,” the executive concluded.
