Up to 15 series projects are selected for international financing each year and presented to an audience of key industry decision-makers.

Series Mania Forum announced that the call for projects to participate in the Co-Pro Pitching 2025 sessions is now open. The projects to be presented must be for a fiction series. The format of the series must be a minimum of three episodes. The length of each episode must be a minimum of 26 minutes. Projects selected for another market or festival will not be eligible.

The Co-Pro Pitching sessions are the founding premise of Series Mania Forum and the most anticipated part of the Forum.

Series such as Off Season (France, Switzerland), Blackport (Iceland), The Last Socialist Artefact (Slovenia, Finland), We Got This (Sweden), Ever After (Italy), No Man’s Land (France), Freud (Germany) or The Head (Spain) were presented for the first time during the Co-Pro Pitching Sessions.

Each year, up to 15 series projects seeking international financing are selected, and their producers are invited to Lille to present their series to an audience of key industry decision-makers (producers, broadcasters, financiers, etc.). For the 2024 edition, more than 413 applications were received from 57 countries.

Pitching sessions are followed by one-on-one meetings with broadcasters, distributors, producers, and public and private funds.

Any producer or distributor with a drama series seeking international financing and co-production partners can participate. The same company can submit up to 2 projects. Project submission is free of charge. A prize of 50,000 euros is awarded to the best project chosen by a professional jury.

The project must be submitted using the online entry form.
