In addition to its varied catalog of titles already launched in other markets, Atresmedia presented some titles in production at Natpe Budapest, such as Santuario.
Atresmedia presented its diverse catalog at Natpe Budapest, with some additions that we had not seen in past markets, but with a title that is stealing the big bets, Sueños de libertad, the most watched daily telenovela in Spain, which promises to travel throughout the territory.
In this regard, ttvnews spoke with Rebeca Fernández, Sales Director for Europe at Atresmedia, who mentioned, “One of our big bets is our daily telenovela, Sueños de Libertad, which has been the most watched in Spain since its premiere. It is certainly bringing us very good results and positive feedback from all our regional clients. We are very happy to be able to present it in this market,” said the executive.
He also highlighted that they are presenting other titles, such as Entre Tierras, a female series that premiered on Antena 3. “We’re also presenting more young series such as Zorras and Red Flags,” said Fernandez.
Likewise, the executive pointed out that they are bringing to Natpe Budapest some important series in production, such as Santuario, about which they will have more news for Mipcom this year.
Santuario is a sci-fi thriller that explores motherhood from the perspective of a dystopian future. It is the adaptation of the acclaimed podcast by the same name, created by Manuel Bartual and Carmen Pacheco.
