Peacock announced that it will premiere four new series directed by emerging artists, including the comedy series The Kouncil, produced by Telemundo Studios, and three other productions by Tandem Pictures, The Warehouse Phase, Older Hotter Wiser, and People Like Me. Starting Monday, May 19, audiences will be able to tune in to all episodes.

Each was developed and executed by cutting-edge creators Charlie Curtis-Beard, Katie Florence, Serena Kerrigan, and Daren Vongirdner, successful social media stars with passionate followings and thriving businesses.

Beginning Monday, May 19, audiences will be able to tune in to all original scripted episodes, including The Warehouse Phase, The Kouncil, Older Hotter Wiser, and People Like Me.

Curtis-Beard, Florence, Kerrigan, and Vongirdner collaborated with NBCUniversal through the media and entertainment company’s Creator Accelerator Program. This industry-first initiative identifies and develops the next generation of premium content creators.

Each storyteller elevated their craft through enriching content development work, learning network-level production to bring their series to life with production companies Telemundo Studios and Tandem Pictures, while leveraging NBCUniversal executives, talent, mentorship,, and training resources.

In addition, sponsoring brands BetterHelp and the US Army are joining the moment to connect with Peacock’s highly engaged audience. BetterHelp will be integrated into People Like Me to highlight the importance of mental health further.

For its part, the US Army will surround the emerging artist series on the platform with contextually aligned media that will highlight the opportunities military service offers young Americans.

The new series lineup adds to Peacock’s robust offering of entertainment, reality, news, sports, and live-moment content, which is driving the next chapter of premium television.

The Kouncil

Katie Florence is recovering from a love breakup. Living alone for the first time, she relies on her inner council personified to guide her through the chaos of adulthood. Logic presses for rational decisions, the heart yearns for love, anxiety anticipates any potential disaster, and Lady Parts has her own plans. As Katie navigates friendships, romances, professional setbacks, and self-esteem, she is constantly torn between doing what she wants and needs. With humor, vulnerability, and the occasional self-sabotage, Katie learns that growing up means accepting every part of herself, even the messy ones.
