After exhibitions in countries such as Argentina, Chile, Poland, and Uruguay, Pantanal continues to conquer new audiences and premieres in April in Armenia, through an agreement with the Public TV Company of Armenia.
Written more than 30 years ago by Benedito Ruy Barbosa and adapted by his grandson, Bruno Luperi, Pantanal was an audience leader during its exhibition in Brazil, between March and October of 2022.
The production narrates the family saga of José Leôncio (Marcos Palmeira from Sweet Diva) set in one of the richest ecosystems in the world. The cast includes names such as Murilo Benício (Brazil Avenue), Juliana Paes (India: A Love Story) and Renato Góes (Orphans of a Nation).
“We have a long-standing partnership with Public TV Company of Armenia and we have already brought there titles such as A Life Worth Living, Rising Sun, Second Chance, Side by Side, Boogie Oogie, The Illusionist and, more recently, All The Flowers. This shows that the Armenian audience connects with our content and is interested in our stories. We are very happy with another premiere in the country, and we hope that Pantanal, a telenovela that shows one of the most beautiful places in Brazil, continues to gain new viewers”, comments Guilherme Jordão, Content Distribution & Partnerships at Globo.
