The companies have signed a co-production agreement to create films focused on the Mexican audience.

OLA Studios and Canela.TV have signed a co-production agreement to create films focused on the Mexican audience. This agreement adds to Canela.TV’s efforts to offer original content for the Spanish-speaking audience. The agreement will give Canela.TV exclusive use for AVOD, Streaming and FAST, as well as the marketing rights of said titles for open television, PayTV and CTV. OLA Studios retains the rights to YouTube and Facebook.

The agreement was negotiated by Arturo Chavez Managing partner of Delart Distribution on behalf of Alonso Ortiz Lara, owner and founder of OLA Studios and OLA Studios TV, a YouTube channel that has 2.5 million subscribers and with titles that exceed 50 million views. and on behalf of Canela.TV George Lentz, Vice President of Acquisitions & Gachi Ciurluini Vice President of Content Strategy.
