Owners of two of the biggest Turkish hits currently on air, OGM Universe made its way to Los Angeles for a new edition of LA Screenings Independents, where it will seek to find new screens for these titles.

“We currently have two series on air,” Mikaela Pérez, Sales Director for Latam, the US, and Iberia at OGM Universe, began in a conversation with ttvnews. “We have The Fall of the King, one of our catalog highlights with an incredible performance every Tuesday. It’s been one of the most anticipated series, as it features Halit Ergenç, the protagonist of 1001 Nights and The Sultan, beloved in the region.”

“And on Wednesdays, we have Six of Us, a story we presented in Cancun last year, which is also doing phenomenally, especially in total viewership. It’s a family story, a drama that truly inspires a lot of nostalgia and evolves with the growth of each character,” she added.

Along with these two new releases, the distributor continues to present Broken Destiny, which is already enjoying success in Latin America. “We have a story in Latin America that excites us greatly called Broken Destiny, currently airing in Ecuador and Panama, ending in Paraguay, with an incredible performance. I think it’s a story that has already proven to work, not only at night but also in the afternoon,” the executive emphasized.

“We hope this market will provide us with more opportunities to bring our content and the OGM Pictures brand as a production company and us as a distributor to many more screens in the region,” she concluded.
