Cineflix Rights has secured international deals for more than 400 hours of content, including the sale of new seasons of Property Brothers, as part of its global strategy for distributing lifestyle franchises.

Mediaset España and Discovery Latin America are among the key buyers of new seasons from the Property Brothers franchise, as part of a slate of international deals closed by Cineflix Rights totaling more than 400 hours of content.

The latest spin-off from Drew and Jonathan Scott, Property Brothers: Under Pressure (14×60’, Scott Brothers Entertainment for HGTV, US and Canada), has been picked up by both groups, alongside a wide range of international broadcasters including UKTV (UK), Groupe TVA (Canada) for its CASA channel, Nelonen (Finland), AMC Living (Iberia), Canal+ Polska (Poland) for Canal+ Domo, AMC Networks International Central and Northern Europe for Spektrum Home in Hungary, and Talit (Israel).

In addition, Discovery Latin America has also acquired Property Brothers: Forever Home (Seasons 1 and 2, 80×60’), further strengthening its commitment to the brand.

In a second wave of deals

Cineflix Rights secured multiple sales across its broader lifestyle and factual catalog. Dreamia PT acquired Seasons 1 and 2 of Château DIY (65×60’) for its Casa e Cozinha channel in Portugal, while Warner Bros. Discovery picked up Season 1 for Turkey. Nelonen (Finland) also acquired A New Life in the Sun (Season 9, 35×60’).

TV2 Denmark acquired Help! We Bought A Village (Seasons 1–3, 80×60’), while Canal+ Polska picked up Season 1, and AMCNI CNE acquired Seasons 1 and 2 for Hungary.

Food and travel content also performed strongly: Disney’s Dutch platform 24 Kitchen and Canal+ Polska acquired Ainsley’s Taste of the Bahamas (10×30’), while SBS Australia picked up the title alongside Dermot’s Taste of Ireland (Season 2). Ahead of the FIFA World Cup, M6+ (France) and 24 Kitchen also acquired Ainsley’s Football Feasts (5×60’).

In factual, Sky (Germany) and Talpa (Netherlands) acquired Season 7 of Inside Taronga Zoo (10×60’), while Bell Media picked up Seasons 6 and 7. Meanwhile, STV Studios’ Auction House franchise continues to expand internationally with sales to Nine Network (Australia) and Discovery Italy.

Finally, Discovery acquired Season 5 of Richard Hammond’s Workshop (8×60’) for its channels across EMEA.
