The miniseries Bosé, about the life of the Spanish artist Miguel Bosé, was acquired by Mediaset España to be released on Telecinco.
The original series is produced by Paramount, in collaboration with Shine Iberia (Banijay Iberia), Elefantec Global and Legacy Rock. It is directed by Miguel Bardem and Fernando Trullols and scripted by Ángeles González Sinde, Isabel Vázquez and Boris Izaguirre. Its premiere on Paramount+ took place on November 3.
Bosé was already seen in Spain during the month of March on SkyShowtime.
José Pastor and Iván Sánchez play Miguel Bosé at different times in his life. Part of the cast includes Nacho Fresneda who will play Miguel’s father: Luis Miguel Dominguín, Valeria Solarino who will play Lucía Bosé, Alicia Borrachero whose character will be La Tata, Ana Jara will play the singer’s best friend, José Sospedra who will play Pablo Alborch, Miguel Ángel Muñoz who will play the singer Julio Iglesias and Mariela Garriga who will play Facio.
Each of the six episodes of the series focuses on a song by Miguel Bosé and tells the story behind his life at that time, showing his inspiration, composition and recording. In this way, through flashbacks, we go through the different moments of the artist’s life based on his successes. The present of the series is during the promotion of his multi-platinum album Papito, a special moment for Miguel personally, because it is when he makes the decision to fulfill a long-delayed dream: to be a father.
