The Sales executive spoke with ttvnews about the group’s multiple business branches, which expanded beyond children’s content to add film and animation productions for an adult target.

Based in India, Toonz Entertainment has expanded throughout the international market, with studios and agents located in several key destinations around the world.
“Toonz is an international group based in India, where we have production studios, and we also have studios in other places such as Spain and Ireland, as well as a distribution team around the world, with agents in Germany, India, the UK,” explained to ttvnews Marijo Arnaiz, Sales Manager for Spain, Portugal and Latam of Toonz Entertainment, from Content Americas in Miami.
And adding to its territorial expansion, Toonz has also grown its business areas, adding content for different targets and in different animation areas.
“We have a very large animation catalogue, series for all targets,” explained the executive. “We have titles for the little ones and the older kids. And we have also included new anime content to reach a more adult audience, as well as animated series for adults.”
“A couple of years ago we also created a new branch of film, producing films, with large American and European co-productions, using the voices of great world-renowned actors,” she added.
“We have animation for children, film and the adult target,” she concluded.
