The Turkish distributor shared its latest news, which includes recent and future premieres of titles such as Bahar and Secrets of an Angel, as well as the extension of its exclusive deal with TRT

Mistco landed in Cannes to participate in Mipcom 2023 with a lot of good news, starting with the renewal of its representation contract with the Turkish giant TRT, for three more years.
“We have renewed our contract with TRT for three more years; we are going to continue licensing all their content and we hope it will be extended over time,” explained María Espino, Sales Manager of Mistco.
The distributor, it should be noted, has been the exclusive representative of TRT content for eight years.
Regarding its titles, Espino shared news about Mistco’s first co-production, Bahar: “Bahar has been sold to several territories worldwide, and was premiered last week in Russia. We are sure that it will be a great success,” she assured.
In Latin America, meanwhile, the news came with the agreement for Secrets of an Angel: “Another piece of news that gives us great joy is that Secrets of an Angel will soon be premiering in Ecuador,” Espino shared.
These titles are part of Mistco’s powerful catalog for Mipcom, which includes, among others, the new summer series: Come What May, My Lovely Family and The Joy of My Life.
“We see the market flowing quite a bit and many clients that we have not seen since before the pandemic have returned,” Espino shared. “And we are happy to present them new titles, three summer series, as well as new second seasons that we are releasing these months.”
