Always present at the most important events representing the best of Turkish content, Mistco traveled to Cannes once again to display its catalog of dramas for the international market.

“We are very excited to be at Mipcom for another year, bringing our content highlights,” María Espino, Sales Director for Latin America and Iberia at Mistco, began in a conversation with ttvnews.

First, the executive highlighted Come What May, one of the most successful series of the 2023 summer season. Produced by NGM, the drama follows the story of Alize, a selfish young woman who tries to prevent her father from remarrying, so her father must teach her a lesson.

In addition, Mistco is presenting The Town Doctor, an ARC Yapim production based on an original South Korean series “which has caused a lot of buzz,” the executive explained.

“These types of series are attracting a lot of attention and working very well in many territories,” she added.

Of course, the Turkish distributor continues to present its great success, Melek, “which continues to conquer each territory,” said Espino. “In Latam, it has delighted audiences on every channel it has premiered.”

“And of course also Bahar, our great Turkish production,” she added.

Looking ahead to Mip Cancun, the executive was eager to arrive in Mexico with sales news and connect with Latam clients once again. “We hope to be sharing news at Mipcancun about various series that will be premiering in Latin America soon,” she concluded.
