The Turkish distributor is present in Cannes with the new dramas Bahar, its first co-production, and TRT’s Secrets of an Angel, among others.
The Turkish distributor Mistco is another of the large companies that is participating in Mipcom, an event that takes place at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, from October 17 to 20.
In Cannes, the company is launching two new Turkish dramas, Bahar and Secrets of an Angel, on the international market.
“I am very happy to announce our first co-production with Üs Yapim, it is called Bahar. We hope to have about 100 episodes. It is a very exciting and highly anticipated drama. Full of love and hope. It is our first co-production and we hope to be very successful and be able to distribute it around the world”, María Espino, the company’s Sales Manager, told ttvnews.
Likewise, Mistco also presents its drama The Secret of an Angel to the market.
“Secrets of an Angel is our new drama. It will be released in the coming weeks in Turkey, and it story is about domestic violence, especially against women. It obviously has a love story wrapped up in the drama, but the issue of violence against women is central,” she concluded.
Mitsco is also presenting other dramas, like The Hunter.
