ITV Studios and Nippon TV announced the launch for the international market of Stacking it!, a new entertainment format, co-developed by both companies through their agreement signed last year.
With an international debut scheduled for the Miptv Formats Accelerator session on Friday, April 9 at 09:30 CET, Stacking it! is a large-scale family entertainment game show in which contestants can only keep those prizes they can stack.
Under the terms of the agreement, both ITV Studios and Nippon TV will produce local versions of the show in their respective territories.
Regarding distribution, Nippon TV will have the rights for Asia and ITV Studios for the rest of the world.
Stacking it! is a collaboration between the two companies after Red Carpet Survival, a Nippon TV format that ITV Studios acquired to produce internationally.
