Sold in May of this year as part of the LA Screenings Independents, Flames of Desire, Inter Medya’s hit Turkish drama, has set a premiere date in Colombia.
The drama will make its debut on Canal 1 this Monday, November 25 under the local title La pasión del deseo.
Produced by Most Production, Flames of Desire is the Turkish adaptation of the Korean drama of the same name, which aired on MBC between 2010 and 2011.
In addition to Colombia, the series was also sold in Puerto Rico, the US Hispanic, MENA region and Serbia.
Synopsis:
In an effort to reconcile after a great dispute, Bayram and his best friend Salih plan to marry their children among them when they are of age.
Although he lives a successful and rich life in Istanbul with his two sons, Bayram does not forget his promise to Salih and when his son Kerim graduates from the university, they decide to return to the village of his childhood, where Salih lives together with his two daughters, Hulya and Melek.
While Salih also plans to keep the promise he made years ago, the children of both have established their own lives and have changed their interests and love goals in different directions.
