Projects from Ukraine, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Israel and Turkey compete for the prize
The inaugural Content Budapest Series Pitch presented to the delegates the first of 14 shortlisted projects, that including Alchevsky’s Mystery, Running in Heels and Boring as Hell.
The Content Budapest Series Pitch will continue in a session this afternoon, with seven more projects from Hungary, Turkey, Ukraine, Lithuania and Bulgaria.
The finalists, from Ukraine, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Israel and Turkey, are all established drama creators bidding to attract additional finance and coproduction partners in Budapest this week.
The winner -who will be receiving a prize of US$20,000 worth of marketing to support development and pre-sales promotion of the winning show- will be announced on June 28 at the iconic Boat Party on the river Danube.
