During Content Americas, they shared with ttvnews that their carrier billing tool significantly broadens their target audience by allowing partners to charge users without requiring a bank account or credit card.

Ignacio Ronchese, Ad Tech Director at AWG, explained, “We specialize in making advertising spaces available for our media partners, which include OTT apps, AVOD platforms, FAST channels, and operating systems.”

“We have a billing tool called carrier billing, which enables us to charge users without needing a bank account or credit card. This greatly expands the audience base or target for these services,” Ronchese stated.

The AWG executive also noted that they collaborate with agencies targeting specific audiences, creating connections to meet their needs. “In subscription-based monetization, we partner with mobile wallet providers, telecom companies, and internet service providers across Latin America and Africa. We operate in 33 countries and work with them to identify products and services that align well with their user bases. The goal is to offer value-added services that enhance the perceived value of these services for their users.”

The company utilizes multiple international demand platforms like Google Ads Manager. “Through these platforms, we consolidate all campaigns and make them compete, ensuring we get the best price for ad spaces and maximize ad inventory fill rates,” Ronchese concluded.
