The executive was appointed Regional General Manager for the new Comcast and Paramount OTT platform, and will lead its launch in Iberia.
Paramount and Comcast announced the appointment of Raquel Berzosa as Regional General Manager for their SkyShowtime platform in Spain and Portugal
The executive joins the new OTT platform from NBCUniversal, where she worked for more than 20 years and most recently held the position of Director of Affiliate Sales.
SkyShowtime will launch later this year in several European markets, including Spain, offering content from Showtime, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures, Paramount+ Originals, Sky Studios, Universal Pictures and Peacock under an SVOD model.
The offer would thus include successful original VIS productions, such as Bosé, The Envoys or Las Invisibles.
Berzosa will be in charge of leading the launch of the OTT platform in Spain and Portugal.
