The Turkish Drama, the Ay Yapim production is distributed by Madd Entertainment, has reached more than 100 territories
Madd Entertainment announced the success of Family Secrets in Chile, where it airs on Mega TV under the title Yargi. The series debuted Monday night at number 1 with an amazing 14 rating points and a 21% audience share, and the second episode did even better on Tuesday, when it earned a 15.7 rating and 23% share. The series won the slot where there is high competition. This makes Family Secrets the year’s top performing Turkish drama.
“The performance was very good for Turkish content nowadays. It is the best Turkish premiere of the season”, said Mega’s Head of Acquisitions Manuela Velasco Ahumada. “Yargi is a good story that appeals to both men and women, has a clear plot, and two main characters with a lot of charisma.”

Family Secrets is one of 2022’s hottest series and remains among the world’s best-selling Turkish dramas. Readymade episodes are distributed to more than 100 countries, and a local adaptation has already been produced in Greece. Chile is only the latest in a long list of territories where Family Secrets has earned top ratings, including MENA, Georgia, Israel, Slovenia, Honduras, Lithuania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Hungary, and Albania.
Soon Telemundo will broadcast it in the US under the title Secretos de sangre.
The Ay Yapim series (originally broadcast as Yargı on Kanal D) features Pınar Deniz (Wounded Love, Love 101) as Ceylin, a tough lawyer willing to bend the rules in the service of justice. Kaan Urgancıoğlu (Endless Love, Love 101) plays Ilgaz, a no-nonsense prosecutor who does everything by the book. The two of them mix like oil and water, but when Ilgaz’s brother is accused of murder, it’s Ceylin he goes to for help.
Family Secrets runs 200 episodes of 45 minutes Readymade and, according to Madd, format rights for Family Secrets are still available for select territories.
