Repeating its position from the previous week, the Spanish Netflix series once again led TV Time’s ranking of the world’s most binged series.
The massive quarantine continues due to the coronavirus crisis and with it, marathon TV sessions increase, for which Elite continues to be the entertainment of choice.
Because the third season of the popular Spanish Netflix series led TV Time’s Binge Report for the week of March 16 to 22, thus becoming the most binged series worldwide for the second week in a row.
And in these moments of social isolation and uncertainty, “comfort television” is also on the rise, with classic and long-running series such as Friends and Grey’s Anatomy ranking second and third, respectively.
In fourth place is Riverdale from The CW, followed by On My Block and Greenhouse Academy, both from Netflix; Brooklyn Nine Nine from NBC and Vikings from History.
Closing the list in ninth and tenth place are The Walking Dead by AMC and The 100 by The CW.
