Universal Cinergia Dubbing obtained the status of preferred fulfillment vendor for Amazon, which qualifies them as one of the few companies that can package and upload content from their clients to Amazon, with the quality standards required by the platform.

This is what Elisa Aquino, VP of Sales and Marketing at Universal Cinergia Dubbing, told ttvnews. “We won the status of preferred fulfillment vendor for Amazon, we are one of the few qualified companies that can package the content, curate it for Amazon’s requirements and upload it to the platform with the different characteristics required to deliver the content.”

Aquino highlighted how big of a milestone this is for the company: “There aren’t many companies qualified to do this. It’s part of Amazon’s Preferred Vendor Program, which involves months of testing, tech training, and evaluations. Only a select group of companies get in, and we’re super proud to be part of that.”

Universal Cinergia Dubbing has been in the game with Amazon for quite some time. “We’ve been working with third parties—producers who sell their content to Amazon—and we handle the dubbing and upload process. Amazon has really high quality standards, and we have to keep up with that level of excellence. They’re super strict about it because that’s key to success on the platform”, Aquino explained.

She also pointed out how proud the team is to be part of the program: “We keep pushing for the highest quality in our services and technology. We make sure our teams are well-trained to meet these standards, and we’re applying these guidelines across our studios in Miami, Brazil, and Mexico”.

Positive Vibes at Natpe

Talking about the company’s outlook, Aquino shared: “Last year was tough—not just for us but for the entire industry, which saw a bit of a slowdown. But in 2025, I’m happily surprised by the number of connections we’ve made at Content Americas and Natpe. We’re following up on a lot of great conversations, and that’s really encouraging. Things are looking up”.

“Honestly, I didn’t have huge expectations for Natpe. I’d been to Content Americas, which turned out to be super productive, and the same happened at Natpe. I’m really happy with how it went—people were open to meeting, super receptive, and gave us the chance to showcase our services. Now it’s all about following up”, she concluded.
