TV Time revealed its weekly Binge Report and Shows on the Rise rankings, which this week feature the Spanish series’ impressive growth around the world.
On Friday, February 19, Amazon Prime Video premiered its exclusive series El Internado: Las Cumbres, a reboot of the well-remembered 2007 Spanish series.
And, as expected, the new version of the series has been resonating with audiences from the first time it was announced until its premiere.
Indeed, TV Time had revealed to ttvnews earlier this year that El Internado: Las Cumbres was one of the most anticipated European series of 2021 among its users.
And now, TV Time has published its weekly Shows on the Rise ranking, which highlights the week-over-week growth of series around the world.
Its latest edition, corresponding to the week of February 15 to 21, had Netflix’s Behind her Eyes in the first place.
In the second location, meanwhile, stands El Internado: Las Cumbres (in a tie with Tribes of Europe) with a growth of 99.99%.
This appearance in the Shows on the Rise ranking begins to confirm the success of the The Mediapro Studio and Buendía Estudios series.
TV Time also revealed its ranking The Binge Report, which this last week was led by Attack on Titan.
