Undoubtedly one the stars of OGM Universe’s current catalog, Six of Us continues to shine in Turkey as one of the most successful series currently on air.

“Six of Us started its broadcast in mid-November in Turkey and so far it has grown steadily each week”, Ekin Koyuncu, director of Global Distribution and Partnerships at OGM Universe, said to ttvnews in Miami. “In the last two episodes we were number one, competing with strong competition.”

Six of Us tells the story of six siblings after the brutal murder of their parents. They go to the big city and audiences see their survival story, while they rebuild their lives. “It’s a very touching title with a strong story. It’s proven itself in the local market”, the executive said.

“The moment I saw the first episodes I knew it was going to be interesting for the Latin American market, because we share the same values. I strongly believe the story will touch the hearts of the masses in Latam. Clients’ response has been amazing and we’re very happy. Hopefully we will be announcing new deals very soon”, she revealed.

As well as introducing Six of Us, OGM is introducing the new titles, Shahrazad: Tears of Istanbul and The Fall of the King, starring Halit Ergenc, from 1001 Nights. “We’re very excited about our new titles and to see clients’ reactions to these titles is amazing”, she said.

“Apart from our new titles, we are happy about our recently completed, fully dubbed titles, like Broken Destiny, which is going to make its debut in Ecuador in prime time. We’re excitedly waiting for the results from that series”, she added. “And apart from that, our dear Lost in Love made its debut in Paraguay and they’re super happy with the performance. It’s also completed, ready to deliver with full dubbing”.

“There’s also great interest for these titles so hopefully soon you will be hearing more about these two titles,” she concluded.
