The series has been acquired by Sky UK and Vme Media for the US.
Dandelooo has announced two broadcast deals for the charming preschool series PongPong Dino, to be broadcast in the UK and the US.
Created and produced by Korean animation IP creator Dream Factory Studio and directed by Taek Geun Chae, the innovative CGI series has been acquired by Sky UK and is set to premiere later this year on Sky Kids and NOW.
Aimed at children aged 3 to 5, PongPong Dino encourages children to develop an interest in a wide variety of foods and help to create a more open-minded approach to eating.
In addition to the UK launch, Dandelooo has also inked a deal with Vme Media Inc., a US based public television network that broadcasts exclusively in Spanish.
PongPong Dino will air on Vme Kids, the first 24/7 Spanish-language television channel offering educational content for preschoolers.
Doris Vogelmann, VP of Programming and Operations at Vme Media Inc., commented: “It’s always a pleasure to work with Dandelooo on deals that truly make a difference. We’re thrilled to welcome PongPong Dino to the Vme Kids lineup. With its vibrant animation, engaging storytelling, and playful approach to early learning, it’s a perfect fit for our youngest viewers”.
PongPong Dino encourages kids to explore the world of food using their five senses and creative mindsets. Instead of relying on conventional, adult-led problem-solving methods, kids learn to listen to each other’s opinions and work collaboratively to find solutions.
Five kids, Momo, Titi, Po, Tutu, and Kaka set off on an unforgettable adventure. With an irresistible urge to play, and bounce, they immerse themselves in a world where they swim in giant watermelons, hula hoop with onions, jump on bouncy cherries, use juicy lemons as water balloons, jet ski with avocados, and jump rope with stretchy cheese.
