The independent European animation company Ánima Kitchent announced the growing success of its preschool series Cleo & Cuquín, reaching the astonishing milestone of 64 million YouTube subscribers, 31 billion views, and 2.1 billion hours of watch time.
In 2024, Cleo & Cuquín achieved 9.4 billion views, marking a 74% increase compared to 6.1 billion views in 2023 and 3.5 billion views in 2022, demonstrating an impressive total growth of 54%. This rapid growth clearly reflects the series’ popularity and global appeal.
The Discover & Explore episodes, starring Cuquín, the fan favorite, drive the majority of viewership and are the best-performing content. Initially available in three languages (English, Spanish, and Portuguese), Cleo & Cuquín‘s content has expanded its reach and is now available in more than ten languages.
With 1,221 minutes of content already available, including 79 seven-minute episodes of Cleo & Cuquín (Seasons 1 & 2), 40 five-minute episodes of the original Cuquín series (Seasons 1 & 2), 90 two-and-a-half-minute music videos, and 50 five-minute Discover & Explore episodes, an additional 250 minutes of content will be produced in 2025.
By the end of the year, more than 1,500 minutes of content will be available, further solidifying its global popularity and success while extending its reach to an even larger audience.
