During the opening day of Natpe Budapest, ttvnews spoke with Carlota Vieira, Content Sales Deputy Director at SIC, who pointed out that they are at Natpe to showcase their content in Eastern Europe.
SIC International Distribution arrived at Natpe Budapest this week with a catalog of short series for young audiences and full-length telenovelas, which have very good expectations in the region. Timeless Love is the new drama they will be launching on this occasion, a powerful story with which they hope to be successful in the region.
During the event’s opening day, ttvnews spoke with Carlota Vieira, Content Sales Deputy Director at SIC International Distribution, who pointed out that they are at Natpe to launch their content in Eastern Europe. “It’s a territory where we would like to launch our shorter series for a younger audience, as well as our full-length dramas, our telenovelas, which we think could do very well in the region,” she said.
The executive noted that they are launching Timeless Love at Napte Budapest. “It’s a story about a strong female character driven by the mystery of her mother’s disappearance. The protagonist begins a quest to determine whether her mother is alive or dead. And while searching for her, she will fall in love with the one responsible for what happened to her mother.”
The main character in Timeless Love is a woman who must fight for the love she feels and also for the responsibility and love she feels for her mother, her siblings, and her alcoholic father, who thinks his wife is dead. “So it’s a huge drama. And she is a very strong female character who seeks to resolve everything and bring justice and peace to everyone,” Vieira stressed.
The SIC executive indicated that during Natpe, they would be very attentive to new stories but promote their content with the best expectations in the region.
