The expanded agreement integrates atresplayers full VOD offering and four linear channels into Claro video across 14 Latin American markets
atresplayer, the streaming platform of Spanish media powerhouse Atresmedia, has significantly expanded its partnership with Claro video, making its entire catalog now available in Mexico and 13 additional Latin American territories.
The renewed agreement marks a strategic evolution of a partnership that began in 2021 as a monthly subscription add-on. Under the new terms, Atresplayer is fully integrated into Claro videos core offering, giving subscribers seamless access to one of Spain’s most successful premium content libraries.
Through this expansion, Claro video users gain access to Atresplayer’s complete video-on-demand (VOD) slate, widely regarded as one of the strongest Spanish-language catalogs in the global market.
Atresplayer’s library includes internationally recognized scripted hits such as The Time in Between, Velvet, Gran Hotel, Locked Up and Aquí no hay quien viva, alongside major entertainment franchises including The Voice, El Hormiguero, Pasapalabra, El Capitán en América and Tu cara me suena.
The platform also continues to build its portfolio of original series, with titles such as Beguinas, Eva & Nicole, Santuario, El gran salto, Honor and Red Púrpura. In addition, the service offers premium current affairs programming including Lo de Évole, Equipo de Investigación and Espejo Público, as well as curated children’s content and a selection of hit telenovelas from Brazilian giant Globo.
The new agreement further includes access to four of Atresmedias flagship linear channels — Antena 3, Atreseries, Atrescine and ¡HOLA! TV — creating comprehensive family-oriented content proposition under the Atresmedia brand.
