The show will be presented by chef Alberto Chicote and will seek to replicate the success of Joc de cartes on TV3
Atresmedia is preparing the adaptation of My Restaurant Rocks, by Red Arrow Studios, for the next season. It will bear the name Juego de cartas and will be hosted by chef Alberto Chicote, according to Yotele (ElPeriódico.com).
The new version of the successful international format will be produced by Zeppelin TV (Banijay Iberia) and will be on screen at the beginning of 2024.
Spain already knows a successful version of the format with the adaptation on TV3, Joc de cartes. The Catalan version is presented by chef Marc Ribas. There was also a version on Telemadrid, with Miguel Cobo, which lasted two seasons.
In the reality competition, several restaurants compete to be the best in their category. In each show, a business owner invites three competitors to analyze and assess every detail of his establishment, who then must objectively and privately judge the experience.
