The Spanish series produced by Plano a Plano for local network Antena 3 will became available worldwide – excluding Spain – thanks to a deal with the streaming service.
During Mipcom 2019, José Antonio Salso, Director of Sales and Acquisitions for Atresmedia, confirmed to ttvnews that the company has closed a deal with streaming platform Netflix for original series Toy Boy.
“We’re very proud of Atresmedia, and of this sale that will let the Atresmedia Television brand grow alongside one of the main global VOD operators,” explained the executive.
The Atresmedia series produced by Plano a Plano will be available on Netflix after its done broadcasting in Spain, where it’s currently on air on Antena 3.
