LOL: Last One Laughing is based on the Japanese Amazon Original format, Hitoshi Matsumoto Presents Documentary, produced by and starring Hitoshi Matsumoto who leads 10 comedians in a closed-door “battle of laughter”.
The Brazilian will be the tenth international adaptation of the format by Amazon, which has already released local versions in countries such as Italy (presented by Fedez) where it has become the most watched production in the service, Germany (presented by Michael Herbig), Australia (presented by Rebel Wilson) and France (presented by Philippe Lacheau).
In Latin America it has already been adapted in Mexico (presented by Eugenio Derbez) and Spain (presented by Santiago Segura).
