Tess will be handling continental Europe and Pan-Regional sales (excluding Iberia), focusing on Eccho’s slate of English and Nordic language titles
Eccho Rights announced the recruitment of Tess Charman for the role of Director of Sales for Continental Europe.
Starting from the 1st September, she will be based in Eccho’s London office.
Tess was formally VP of EMEA at Avalon Distribution and has previously worked at Entertainment One, MGM and Warner Bros International Production.

Tess will be handling continental Europe and Pan-Regional sales (excluding Iberia), focusing on Eccho’s slate of English and Nordic language titles. Eccho Rights is currently expanding it’s catalogue of English language titles together with parent company Night Train Media and has a strong line up of new projects due to launch in the coming year. Eccho is actively developing new investment models, bringing high end projects to market through collaboration with platforms and broadcasters for commissions and growing its focus on co-productions which are acquired with multiple broadcasters boarding projects at development stage.
